I’m still trying to figure out how the shot peening process increases fatigue life… Can someone explain it to me? In any case, I’ve been using this handlebar for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for my bike. The precision positioning grid is a huge plus, making it easy to adjust the bar to my liking. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase! 5 out of 5 stars.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your question about the shot peening process. To be honest, I don’t have a definitive answer on how it specifically increases fatigue life, as this information is not readily available to me. However, in general, shot peening can improve fatigue life by introducing compressive residual stresses into the material, which can help prevent cracks from forming and propagating. If you’re interested in learning more, I’d suggest reaching out to our customer service team or contacting the manufacturer directly for further information.

What’s the recommended torque specification for installing this handlebar? I don’t want to risk damaging it. In any case, I’m loving the improved visibility of the logos – they’re really standing out now! The weight is still a bit heavier than I expected, but overall, I think it’s worth it for the performance and durability. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Hi Emily, thank you for sharing your experience with our Extra Low Ø22.2mm Standard Handlebar! Regarding your question about the recommended torque specification, we recommend applying a torque of around 5-7 Nm when installing the handlebar to ensure it is properly secured without damaging any components. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help. By the way, glad you like the improved visibility of the logos! And yes, the weight might be a bit heavier than expected, but as you mentioned, it’s still worth it for the performance and durability. If you have any more feedback or suggestions, we’d love to hear them. Thank you again for your review!

I’m thoroughly impressed with the Extra Low Ø22.2mm Standard Handlebar! The quality is top-notch, and the weight is surprisingly light considering its durability. I love how it’s designed for sport and road bikes, making it perfect for my daily commutes. My only minor gripe is that the logos could be a bit more prominent, but overall, this handlebar has exceeded my expectations. 4.8 out of 5 stars!

I’m a bit disappointed that the logos aren’t more prominent, but aside from that, I’m really enjoying this handlebar. The precision positioning grid is so much easier to use than my old one, and the durable aircraft-grade alloy tube feels solid. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely an improvement over my previous handlebar. 3.5 out of 5 stars.
