The Windscreen is made from high-quality PMMA plexiglass and meets DOT626 standards. It eliminates turbulence on the helmet, air on the shoulders, and provides protection for longer journeys. The touring version has increased height and width above the deflectors, suitable for cold weather, long rides, maximum wind coverage, and tall riders. Its design complements the bike’s lines, ensuring airflow flows directly onto the deflectors without compromising comfort.

Rizal Rashid –
I’m curious, does anyone know if this windscreen is compatible with any other bike models besides the BMW R 1250 RT? I’ve been eyeing a similar product for my own ride, but I want to make sure it’ll fit properly.
Jacki –
Hi Rizal, thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, our BMW R 1250 RT (2021-) Touring Windscreen is specifically designed and engineered to fit only the BMW R 1250 RT model. However, we do offer a range of windscreens compatible with other bike models. If you could provide me with more information about your ride, such as the make and model, I’d be happy to help you find a suitable alternative.
Kai Wong –
What’s with the foggy mornings? Is there a solution to this issue or is it just me being picky?
Dee Lee –
Hi Kai, thanks for sharing your concern about foggy mornings with our BMW R 1250 RT (2021-) Touring Windscreen. We understand how frustrating it can be to ride in foggy conditions. The good news is that the design of our windscreen is meant to reduce turbulence and air flow on the helmet, which should help minimize fogging issues. However, if you’re still experiencing significant fogging, there are a few things you can try: 1) make sure your helmet and visor are properly adjusted and clean; 2) consider applying a anti-fog coating or using an anti-fog spray on your visor; 3) adjust the angle of your windscreen slightly to see if that improves airflow. If none of these solutions work for you, please feel free to contact our customer support team and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Ride safely!

I’m still getting used to the new windscreen on my BMW R 1250 RT, but so far I’m really liking it! It does a great job of reducing turbulence and providing protection. My only minor gripe is that it took me a bit longer than expected to install it, as the instructions could be more detailed.
Evelyn Tan –
I’m absolutely thrilled with my new BMW R 1250 RT (2021-) Touring Windscreen! It’s been a game-changer for my daily commutes. The turbulence is significantly reduced, and I feel much more protected on the road. The installation was a breeze, and the quality of the product is top-notch. I would highly recommend this windscreen to anyone looking for an upgrade.
Ling Chan –
I’ve always been skeptical about windshields, but this one exceeded my expectations! The PMMA plexiglass is incredibly durable and the increased height and width provide maximum wind coverage. My only minor complaint is that it can get a bit foggy in the mornings, but a quick wipe with a cloth sorts that out. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the performance and design.

I’ve had this windscreen for a few months now, and I must say it’s been a reliable companion on my daily commutes. The PMMA plexiglass is impressively resistant to scratches and cracks, and the touring design does wonders for reducing wind noise. One minor gripe is that the installation process could be slightly more straightforward.

I’m thinking of getting this touring windscreen for my friend who’s a tall rider. Does anyone know if it would be suitable for someone around 6’3′? And are there any specific installation requirements I should know about?

The touring windscreen has been a game-changer for my long rides. The airflow is so smooth and quiet now, it’s like riding in a different world! I do wonder if there’s any way to improve the installation process, as it took me a bit of fiddling to get it just right. Nonetheless, I’m loving the added comfort and protection.

What a fantastic purchase! The touring windscreen has made my long rides so much more comfortable. I love how it keeps the wind and air off my shoulders, and the increased height is perfect for me as a taller rider. I’ve already recommended this product to my friends and family.
