I’m really struggling to figure out why this crash bar set is so popular… Does anyone know if it’s because of the 25mm diameter? I mean, I get that it provides great protection, but is it really necessary? Has anyone tried using a smaller diameter and seen any issues?
Dee Lee –
Hi Rizal, thanks for reaching out about our Honda CB 400 X Crash Bar Set! The 25mm diameter does provide excellent protection against damage, and it’s likely one of the reasons why this product is popular. However, we understand that sometimes a smaller diameter might be preferred, especially for certain riding styles or terrains. If you’re concerned about the size, you can consider using a smaller crash bar set designed specifically for your bike model. We’ve had customers who have used our 20mm diameter crash bars with great success. They reported no issues with damage or protection. Would you like to know more about our other product options? Or would you like us to recommend something based on your specific needs?

I’m absolutely loving my Honda CB 400 X with this crash bar set installed. The aluminum is top-notch and the installation was a breeze. The only minor drawback is that it adds a bit of weight to the bike, but that’s a small trade-off for the added protection.
Koh Wei Chuan –
I was skeptical about the durability of this crash bar set, but I’m thrilled to report that it’s withstood several low-speed crashes without any issues. The 3mm thickness provides great protection for my bike. My only question is whether there’s a way to adjust the height or angle of the bars?

I’ve been using this crash bar set for a few months now, and I must say it’s been a game-changer. The installation was a breeze, and the quality is top-notch. My bike looks sleek with the black aluminum finish. The only minor drawback is that the bars can be a bit cumbersome to adjust when installing or removing accessories.

I’m really impressed with how well these crash bars have held up to some rough riding. The only minor negative I’d say is that they do make the bike look slightly bulkier, but it’s a small price to pay for the added protection. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.
