Now you can experience the skill of a professional’s hand and the thrill of saving time and money. Your tires can now be easily plugged on or off the wheel with this new shop style tool called the tire plugger.
The Gun is a spring-loaded device that ‘drives’ the tire plug into the hole. The shaft of the tire plugs expand under pressure to fill the puncture. The mushroom head of the plug seats on the inner wall allowing no air to escape. This insures maximum reliability from its’ revolutionary design. The vinyl zippered pouch measures 6 1/2″ x 9″ x 1″ and weighs 1 lb. 14 oz. It’s easily stored – so you’re always prepared.

I’m a bit disappointed that the Stop & Go Standard Model Tire Plugger doesn’t come with a spare plug or two, but I understand it’s not meant to be a comprehensive kit. That being said, it’s still super useful and has saved me from having to take my bike into the shop multiple times. Maybe just include some extras in future updates?

What’s the most efficient way to get this Stop & Go Standard Model Tire Plugger to expand the shaft of the tire plugs? Is it just a matter of twisting it until it clicks, or is there some sort of trick I’m missing?

Simply twist the shaft in a counterclockwise direction until you feel a slight click or resistance. This indicates that the plug is seated properly and ready to be inserted into the puncture. No tricks required! Just remember to always follow proper tire-plugging techniques for optimal results.
